Well, I got there and had a group interview with about 4 other people. Basically, the guy just asked us questions kind of going down the row of people, like what are your strongest qualities, what are your weakest qualities, tell me why you think you deserve this job, why should we hire you etc. It took about 30 minutes and I got a call back within a few days saying I had got the job.

Very chill. Wear something that they would sell at AEO, don't wear full business attire. They asked very standard questions and hired me on the spot. They just want to get to know you and aren't testing any sales skills.
