I applied online. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Wichita Falls, TX) in Nov 2020
Interview
Very quick and easy. They were friendly and asked super simple questions. Took about 15 minutes to get through and wasn’t very scary at all like other job interviews. It was a one on one since the pandemic but still a good experience in my books.

Interview
I came earlier 30 minutes early and she was willing to take the interview. We sat on the chairs outside intercity which made it feel more like a conversation with a friend than an interviewer. This was great because I was so nervous but with such environment I was able to feel free and open with her. It was a one on one conversation with the manager. She was super friendly. The whole interview was so comfortable that I enjoyed talking to her.

Interview
I had to wait 20 minutes and look around the store until they were ready for me (which was still very enjoyable!). The lady took me to a coffee shop in the center of the mall and asked me questions. She was very friendly and the questions were relatively easy. I unfortunately was a nervous wreck, but she made me feel very comfortable and it was a good experience!
