It was no longer than 5 minutes. They ask you the "tell us about yourself" question and then ask you where you would like to work around the store. The hiring manager was out when I went in for mine so another manager interviewed me. It kind of felt like I was hired before even going in. It's also ok to dress semi-casual.

Simple and quick interview asking questions about previous job experience and why you want to work for AE. They also asked what you like about the brand and if you are a shopper.
