I went to one of their locations in a mall a month or two back to put in an application. I was told that they would not start the application process until March, and they called me and told me to come to a group interview, within the first week of March. Thing is, the day I come, the Hiring Manager is not there. So I get interviews by the Assistant Manager instead. It was myself, and one other person. If you have ever been in an American Eagle Outfitters Store, there is usually two chairs,and a couch facing the cash registers. That is where out interview was held. We were asked simple questions, like "why do you want to work for AE", things to that effect, we were given a chance to ask some questions, and the interview was over in a half hour.
