Web based interview with two different managers due to COVID. Standard interview questions using STAR method. Most questions were pretty straightforward and did not require any special preparation. They seemed like a good company to work for.

Tell me about a time you made a difficult decision.
Many rounds, poor communication. Recruiter and teams were nice. Very low expectations for a professional project manager and indecisive about the role. They floated different roles during the interview process and after meeting with sr. management they disappeared.

Extensive process but felt like it was for the right reasons to ensure a good skill and cultural fit with the company. I met with multiple levels of individuals including C-suite and had a great experience in each one.
