I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters in Oct 2010
Interview
The interview was really easy. I put in my application(more like a screening card) to the location i wanted, got called back after a week for an interview. just be yourself and have fun, my manager asked why i liked the store, basically more a conversation than she asked i answered type of thing. The next day i was given the position after she checked references and stuff. Be outgoing and you can get the job easily! My orientation was a couple days ago and it seems like a great place to work with lots of nice people. If you really want the job, you have to go after it and put all your shyness aside. Sales is aggressive, so they look for people who aren't afraid to speak up, good luck!

Question 1
Describe why you like our clothing compared to other stores.
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Victor, NY)
Interview
Very chill. Wear something that they would sell at AEO, don't wear full business attire. They asked very standard questions and hired me on the spot. They just want to get to know you and aren't testing any sales skills.
