The interview process consisted of many rounds of interviews. They look for things such as your skills in the desired area, how well you team-up and work with others, as well as your past experience and desire to work in the retail/fashion industry.

I applied first through college recruiting, had to submit a project, and had a Skype interview. I was then invited to the final round interview (all expenses paid) at their headquarters in Pittsburgh.
