Applied online. 4 rounds of interviews. round 1 - recruiter: basic screening with basic questions from resume. round 2 - with the Director of Networking - he was chatty and sweet. Was more of a discussion of what I bring to the role and he was checking if I fit their culture. round 3 - team member round 4 - team member I was shocked because both team members spent 45 minutes convincing me to run away. The image that they gave me was there was no structure in whole of AEO, uncoordinated, burnt out engineers seeking someone who wouldn't run away looking at the chaos in the job. And yes, I was ghosted.
