I applied for the role at the end of February and finally had an interview with the Director of Talent Acquisition (TF) in April after they rescheduled twice. I had a great discussion with her, and she said my experience significantly aligned with the role and that she'd move me on to meet with the Country Manager for Canada. I was disappointed that I never received a reply after following up with her a few times, not even the courtesy rejection email. I would expect more from a senior-level employee in Talent Acquisition; it ended up being a poor experience and a bad representation of the AE brand.
