It was fairly simple. I was asked some questions and due to my qualifications, I was hired on the spot. I'm not sure if that's the same for everyone, but I love the company, the role and training is always taking place. Keep in mind, this process also took 2 years. I was applying since 2020 nonstop and then in the end of 2022, I was speaking to some team leaders about it and they told me to apply again.

Group interview with questions regarding past sales experience, multi-tasking, and tell me about yourself. There were around 4 of us in the fitting room area. We each had a chance to talk and it did not feel like we were talking over each other.

The interview process was very simple and straightforward. Make sure you share your personality and emphasize that you have a lot of availability. Also I would recommend practicing questions and answers as they were pretty basic questions that could have been for any retail store.

Interviews were held at the front of the store, but it was very comfortable. Questions were straightforward and easy to answer. I got to talk a lot about my personal interest in fashion and my hobbies. It was very personality based! They said it would take a few weeks to hear anything back which was a bit disheartening. But overall, it was a nice experience!!
