I applied online and I got an email back saying they were interested and it asked me to call them to schedule an interview. I called and I eas able to set one up for the current week we were in. I walked in the store, asked for who I was supposed to meet with, and we went outside to interview because the break room did not have much privacy for an interview. I heard back about a second interview within days and by the end of the following week, we were able to schedule the final interview with the District Manager who requests to interview all members of leadership. The interviews were all full of engaging questions. I got an offer at the end of that phone call and I accepted.

Two separate interviews with Store Manager, one getting to know one another and the other in regards to the position itself. Third and final interview with District Manager. Common retail management interview questions. Smooth process overall, very casual.
