Easy process. Typical customer service questions and interview. Why is customer service important. How can you make the shopping experience special. That is all. Take it seriously and you will pass
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Hong Kong)
Interview
Initial screening with HR was fine, however first interview with hiring manager was not productive nor engaging. They did not ask meaningful questions nor seemed interested to be in the interview. After sending a thank you email, never heard response, not even to decline. Not a good impression for a global company.
