Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to convince a manager about an option that you had
It was straight forward. Only had a call, but it was the generic questions to be expected. Recruiter was nice, but it wasn't the best flow of questioning. Overall not too bad.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2024
Interview
It was just alright, the HR was a little rude and asked some rudimentary questions but that was expected. They asked really silly questions like what are your strengts and weaknesses that type.
Nice interviewer, standard behavioral questions and discussion about the role. Asked a lot about collaborative style and work styles. Felt very conversational and nothing crazy or technical was asked of me on the spot.
