When HR reached out to me I had clearly informed her of my expectation and the lowest figure I'll join at. The process had just 1 round with the hiring manager. I cleared that, then came in the sleezy HR bas**rd. They offered me Rs.100k less than my last ctc. When I told her that we already had a discussion on this, she literally said, "You don't deserve that much." That newbie with <1 yr exp was telling me my worth.
