We had a written test first which had 20 questions. They were 10th standard math questions. Process comprised of 3 rounds. All the three rounds had hr and technical questions. The process is plain and simple. You need to be confident while answering the questions.

3 rounds of interviews. 1st was with the hiring manager and it had basic behavior questions, some questions about my risk background and knowledge. 2nd was with the manager's college, more in depth questions about risk and how I approach risk, mostly behavioral nothing technical. 3rd and final interview with their boss. Purely a vibe check interview, very light hearted and friendly. More philosophical discussion about why amex,why this job, future plans and motivations.
