I had one call with HR. Then a semi technical call with the Hiring Manager. There after I had an onsite interview with a panel of six people. I received an offer within a week of onsite interview

How will you estimate the crowd size at a baseball game just by asking people who went to the game. if you were to estimate for every game in the year will you potentially overestimating or underestimating the crowd
There were four total rounds: recruiter screen, hiring manager screen (behavioral), case and second behavioral round, and vp interview. All team members were very friendly and helpful. The case round was more of a live exercise rather than a full out case.

Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult stakeholder
There are four phases in the interview process: recruiter screening, interview with the hiring manager, conversation with one of team member (culture fit), interview with the VP of the department (one level above the hiring manager). All the people I’ve met were very friendly and respectful.
The first round was behavioral on HireVue. There were two videos and three writing questions. It was relatively easy. The videos were just one take but overall enough time and easy. It was a regular pre-screen.
