A Facebook ad drove me to their website where I applied online and took their lengthy assessment and application. This was 30 days ago. As of yet I have not been contacted either by phone or email for follow up, and their website says they are still accepting applications though the job itself is no longer listed. Applied online, received an initial interview with Recruiter (about 20 mins long). Sent invite to WebEx Interview ( 2 Hours long group session) I liked the group setting and the process. Management was great and the introduction. Received an offer that day by another recruiter. Very easy process.
