I applied for the position on 08/09/18. I already had completed assessments on file for a position that I applied to earlier in the year so I did not have to do them again. I received an email on 8/23/18 from a recruiter requesting my availability for a phone interview. I had the interview on 8/27/18 , it was about a 45 min convo past experiences, questions about my knowledge of travel etc. The recruiter was very personable, it felt more like a conversation then a interview. After the interview she asked me if I had any questions, I had about 2-3 that I asked. I was then congrulated and told I would be moving to the next step in the hiring process which was a group interview with about 15 other candidates that I had on 8/30/18. The group interview lasted 3 hours and was also done virtually over the phone. The recruiter will call you before the group interview and will go over everything. After the group interview was completed we were told if we got the position we would receive a call back within 72 hours and if we didn’t get the position an email would be sent. I received a phone call with my offer on 9/5/18 exactly 72 business hours!! I was told the email with the offer letter, background and drug test info should arrive by the end of the week
