Application starts submission of resume and cover letter. Chosen candidates will then be asked to come down to participate in case interviews. Candidates are grouped into groups of 5 and given 20 mins to brainstorm on a problem and present to a group consisting of 15-20 hiring managers. Candidates that pass the case round will be invited down for a one on one interview with a hiring manager
