      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at American Express

      Interview

Very laborious process. Amex loves "story telling" interviews ie... Give me an example of a time when you brought together two warring factions and achieved lasting peace while improving ROI at least 10percent.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

See above. Be prepared with at least five or six stories from your previous career that you are able to tailor to whatever weird question they ask.
