It was a walk in interview at Gurgaon Office. It was advertised as post of Financial Analyst. But after 4 hours of wait when first round came, it was told that it is pure accounting profile with main work of reconciling the accounts.

Profile advertised and profile expected was totally different. It still beats me that how is pure accounting that too for reconciling statements can be termed as analyst ?
Interview was all online, and took about 30 minutes to do. There was not even a person, it was just online prompts asking me questions. I'm sure they had a ton of applicants, being the New York Location. I

It was mostly behavioral for first round 30 minute interview. Second interview was 30 min behavioral and then another 30 min technical. They asked basically just about the company and how they make money. things of that sort.
