Recruiter found my resume online at my clubs website (SHPE, Hispanic Engineers), got an email saying they liked my resume and wanted to set up an online interview. Interview was an hour long cut into two pieces. 1st interview was a Senior Engineer asked 4 different behavioral questions (why do you want to work for amex, tell me about a time where...) 2nd interview was with another Senior Engineer, asked about three technical interview questions followed by three easy - medium coding questions that you do live with them there.
