Recruiter and hiring manager. Behavioral based. No assessments. Background and drug test. Visited office in person after recruiter call. Negotiable salary took about three weeks. Offer in writing and the entire process was three months
Recruiter was a rude and condescending woman. She clearly had no interest in getting to know me or have a thorough conversation with me. She asked me the basic questions like "tell me about yourself" and "what makes you a fit for this role?"
