There was an aptitude test which included basic aptitude, a section on basic ML and stats basedCQs and a section on case study.
After the test shortlist, there were 2 rounds of interviews:
In the interview, a data based case study was asked. Apart from that questions were asked mainly from basic Probability and Statistics, Basics of ML, Clustering, Regression, and Past projects and internships.

A simple probability puzzle was asked.
Apart from that basic ML concepts like Logistic regression, Overfitting, underfitting and how to solve for them, clustering etc were tested.
Interview process had two rounds. First was technical with Manager level interviewer, Second round was slightly less technical but to also understand fit with Director level interviewer. Expect questions on the work mentioned in resume especially of you have worked in data science, feature engineering relared questions and technical aspects of ML algorithms and hyperparameter tuning.
