Over 3 month interview process from application to end. Two 45 minute interviews, behavioral and a technical. Interviewers were great and were incredibly helpful in getting a better understanding of the position and the company as a whole. One "30 minute final conversation" with a team director was scheduled with less than 24hr notice. This person was great to talk to about my interests and how I work. An additional individual that was not on the attendee list joined the meeting 5 minutes before it was to end and decided to turn the conversation into an interview. 30 minutes dragged out to 1 hour and was highly unpleasant as I was only prepared for a conversation with the director due to the short notice about the meeting. As a note to the recruiters: Please do be quicker with the interview process instead of having 1 month in between phases.
