My interview was a 4 rounds process wherein the company and the recruiters looked for excellent communication skills to handle the customer perfectly. There was a VNA round wherein the candidate had to do a mock call that gave an idea about the individuals customer handling skills. The rounds were completed in just a matter of 2 days after which I was hired. The process was quick and seamless. Happy to be a part of such a great company!
