One of HR quick chat through the phone and email the date of zoom interview. I never thought an interview could be fun and enjoyable,my one took about 39 mins. Two interviewers are team leader/supervisor. They are nice and humor. Also professional to introduced the interview process, company and themselves. The second part was interview questions. Final part was about employee benefits and ask them question. I don't know the result yet. After this interview , Amex feels very positive and professional to me. I was very nervous at the beginning. I think I should be more proactive in talking.There is no right or wrong answer, they look at interviewee personalities as well.
