I was referred by a friend for the role. It took more than 3 weeks to be approached post the referral which was a bit slow for my liking. There were 2 rounds, first with the hiring manager and the second with the VP product development. The majority of the interview revolved around my work experience at my previous employer. The VP asked some technical questions about SQL and that was about it.
