Not bad, took alot longer than expected. Thought I was a better fit for a different suborg so I got shuffled around a bit throughout the interview. Overall a pleasant process.

Can you walk me through your approach to developing a new product?
There were four total rounds: recruiter screen, hiring manager screen (behavioral), case and second behavioral round, and vp interview. All team members were very friendly and helpful. The case round was more of a live exercise rather than a full out case.

Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult stakeholder
There are four phases in the interview process: recruiter screening, interview with the hiring manager, conversation with one of team member (culture fit), interview with the VP of the department (one level above the hiring manager). All the people I’ve met were very friendly and respectful.
The first round was behavioral on HireVue. There were two videos and three writing questions. It was relatively easy. The videos were just one take but overall enough time and easy. It was a regular pre-screen.
