Interview
Multi-step interview process is followed. In the first step Hirevue digital interview is given to the candidate. Candidate can appear for the interview as per the convenience. It can be given on the PC or laptop or phone. The digital interview process consists of behavioral and technical questions. I am not sure how much emphasis is given on the correct answers but the HR will look at your communication skills, presentation skills. Confidence in speaking, articulation skills will be evaluated. In the second step HR will contact the candidate, chat with the candidate to see if candidate profile, career aspirations meet with that of job description. Be ready for any behavioral questions from the HR. If you are through then HR will submit your profile to hiring leader(Director of Technical Delivery).
Hiring leader will decide if candidate can be approved for the further stages in the interview process.
In the third step, candidate will be given Hirevue technical assessment. In this interview a technical panelist will facilitate interview with list of objective questions followed by hands-on screen share coding assignment. This will be 45-60 min interview. This will be deciding factor in the entire interview process. In the fourth step, there will telephonic round with Hiring leader. The type of questions can be again behavioral or technical, depends on what background hiring leader comes from. This will be 45-60 mins interview. The fifth step in the interview process is Hirevue round with VP, he will again evaluate the candidate on behavioral and technical/domain area. All the five stages in the interview are equally important.
