I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2015
Interview
My interview process was pretty easy. I had a referral through an Amex employee and set up a phone interview with the team lead there. The phone interview was pretty basic some customer service questions and some technical questions. After that scheduling is discussed and if you speak another language you are also interview in that language to prove that you are fluent.
