American Family Insurance Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Typing Test, Computer Literacy Test, Video Interview, Onsite Interview with 2 managers. Feedback for the managers would be to NOT speak as though they are offering me a role, if they are not going to. It was not said in hypothetical, like, "if you get the role, you will..." She said, "your offer will come within 2 weeks" and "you will fit in well here". It was very off putting to get the standard rejection email after that.
