The interview process was structured and professional. STAR and behavioral based questions were asked which brought out how you would relate to the job tasks. The interviews were about an hour which is appropriate in length. Although I did not receive an offer, I felt the interview process was fair and professional. However, if you are able to interview in person and are not selected, do not expect the courtesy of a phone call with feedback. You will receive a rejection via email with no additional information, leaving you wondering what areas you might be able to improve upon during future interviews.
