Thank you for your feedback on our interview process! To clarify our hiring process, our interview process can take up to four weeks for our top candidates. It begins locally with the State Manager Interview which is followed by an interview with the Regional Manager and then later the background check. If a candidate is requested to complete a background check then they have been determined to be a potential top candidate. Information disclosed on the background release form is submitted directly to HR and not considered during the interview process.
Year-to-date turnover for our educational division through May was 6.36 percent. We feel that it is important to that our career position is a great fit for both our Company and for the candidate.
