Recruiter called, did not even call back after two weeks. Then randomly on the third week of not hearing back, only texted back. Did not even send an email follow up from first contact which was frustrating because you dont hear back for a while, and there was no explanation. Honda America corporate should provide better candidate experience, and from this recruiting process, it tells a lot that the recruiter did not move at its own course and lacked urgency and effective communication throughout the process, which is a big turnoff for a job seeker.
