I was approached by a recruiter asking if I'd like to work for Honda. I agreed and the interview was set up a week later. The recruiter altered my resume and application and gave me a folder representing their company. A recruiter escort was sent on campus to make sure I walk into the right building. Upon meeting the hiring manager, I was walked to a small conference room. The hiring manager proceeded to ask me basic web development questions and about my experience. I described previous work. The interview ended a bit short of the time I was told. I then had to sit at a computer and do a skill test without the internet or reference. Most people couldn't complete the CSS aspect which was easy for me. I completed the skill test an hour early. I was walked outside where I said it was nice to meet you and I went home. I was told I would be contacted within two weeks. I was contacted within the first week. Witnessing other interviews, things didn't go so well for them.
