The interview process overall was very lean but disappointing. I applied for the role & a week later I was called randomly by one of their Zone managers. Asked a few questions about my background. Constantly asked if I was willing to move. That was the pre-requisite to moving on to the next step.
After about a week or so I received an email from the recruiter. Asking to fly me out to to Torrance, CA. They paid for everything from the flight to the hotels.
The interview; I met with a few of the Zone managers from different states. They were great, nice and easy going. They asked a lot of situational questions. Not very hard. They stressed that moving was important.
The only disappointing thing about the process was the radio silence. I reached out to the recruiter a few times regarding a follow up. She reached out to me once saying she had not heard anything yet.
After that complete silence. Regarding the urgency of the interview process I would expect that they would reach out to me fairly quickly. They did not. Not even a rejection letter. Very disappointing.
