Interview
1. Checked in with front desk and waited for employees.
2. Introduction to employee, short walk around the office (open layout)
3. As I am waiting in the lunch room, I go use the rest room. The rest room did not have a mirror, nor did it have any soap. I felt disgusted after shaking hands with employees who do not have soap in the bathroom.
4. 3 people sat across from me and asked about my experience and my resume. They did not ask any personal questions nor did they seem to care about me a person at all.
5. 20 min was about myself, the other 20 min was questions. They asked 10 basic interview questions
6. Final walk around the entire plant.
Total interview took 1.5 hours. Plant walk was about 30 min. Interview was about 30 min.
The bathroom was a turn off for me. How does a BILLION dollar company fail to have basic needs for work. JOKE!
