Applied in August 2014, had interview in September, didn't get the job until late October. Other than the slow process, very basic, asked questions about personality and schooling. Experience with excel was a big question. Only about 20 questions for the whole interview. Questions were formed to figure out how you would handle specific situations if you didn't know how to do something. Basically, they are just looking for somebody who is eager to learn and has basic completed knowledge.
