Interview
I received a call from them saying that they had come across my resume online and that they were interested in speaking to me about management and customer service positions that they had opening up due to a company expansion in the area. When I showed up to interview, I was surprised to find out that it was actually a GROUP interview for an independent contractor sales position (highly reminiscent of a multi-level-marketing structure). When I asked the interviewer about the management and customer service roles I had been told about on the phone, he acted as though he didn't know anything about those positions and that they were only hiring independent contractor sales representatives.
They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.
