So if you have read other negative reviews about this "customer service" position, they are right and you should just cancel your interview unless you are looking for a sales position. There were multiple people waiting to be interviewed, and I was only asked three questions when I was called into mine after a couple minutes of waiting. After the "interview," she asked if I had time for a 45 minute group presentation, and I asked if this was a customer service job, to which she said yes, and then I asked if there was commission, where she also said yes. At this point I knew that everyone's reviews were right. There would have been multiple questionnaires, including a personality test, and $300 training. So I left after 8 minutes.

Group then one-on-one. Lasts a few hours. 20-30 people sent straight to group with 5-8 page questionnaire to be filled out. Very lengthy and completely commission sales based pay. After you pay for the 40 hour course, plus the state exam. You then train for weeks for over 40 hours a week and no pay until hoh make a sale that sticks.

Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.
