Interview
I wasn't even sure what the job was...I was answering a Craigslist ad for sales. When I got to the office and saw several others there at the same time, I was a little apprehensive. When I realized it was insurance sales, I was even MORE apprehensive but I was there so I decided to interview. I'm really glad that I did. Amazing company and I'm grateful that I was hired!

Interview
At first, they found me through social apps. They keep postponing my interview and I even keep updates and they keep dragging and they won't take any responsibility for the applicants.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at American Income Life in Feb 2022
Interview
No notification of this that there would be another candidate in the same interview. Very laid back approach to interview which was great. The interview in total took about 40 minutes and afterwards, they move to next steps right away.
bulk candidate presentation then one on one interview after that with the CEO of the company. you get called by the hiring manager after the interview. mine called back the next monday
