insanely simple.... i know because i conducted them.... if you have a heart beat, can walk, have a car, and lap top your hired.... p.s. i am or AIL does not discuss immediately this is a pure commission position... after the 2 min one on one interview we walk you up the stairs to a group interview where all the words are flowery and buttered by falsified hopes and dreams... run is all i have to say
