Appropriate and not too long. Could tell they had a set of questions but also wanted to get to know me. I liked that part of the process. Questions did seem repetitive.

Interview
A company recruiter called, and he went over my background and experience and provided me a job description. He said he would contact me after speaking with the hiring manager to set up an interview which he did a week thereafter. The interview was informal, questions job specific and the interviewers very cordial and professional. The company seems well run and I was hoping to be offered the position but I wasn't.
