It was pretty standard. There was a phone screen, then a video call interview with the 2 hiring managers, and then an in person interview and lab tour with the being managers.

They asked usual interview questions, nothing very technical, but mostly personality questions.
Easy process! Thoroughly enjoyed the process and all those who interviewed me were sincere. I would recommend ARC to anybody interested. An overall great company that cares about their employees.
