I applied online. I interviewed at American Red Cross
Interview
I did a phone interview, and it was fine. What was frustrating to me was it took 3 days to get a response. After 2 days I sent them a quick email letting them i was appreciative of them letting me interview. I didn't get the job and i emailed them back asking for feedback on what i can do to improve and they never responded.
From the very beginning, everything was clear, straightforward, and transparent. Each stage of the process was well-communicated, and I always knew what to expect. I appreciated how quickly I was updated about the next steps, which helped ease any uncertainty and made the overall experience smooth and stress-free
