Interview
There are several rounds of interviews. The first was a phone interview with the recruiter, 2nd was google form written interview, 3rd and 4th interview was a panel with a long series of questions. The questions really focused on Equity and Diversity.

Question 1
I cant remember word for word but they basically asked questions as if I was already an expert at doing the job. They asked about if Ive ever had any bad reviews from previous managers. Each question they asked were complex and contained multiple questions. I had to ask them to repeat their questions several times.
