I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at American Specialty Health (El Cajon, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I sat in front of two supervisors and two HR representatives who asked me a list of job related questions to see if I could perform the job. I had one interview and promptly got a call back to be hired on.
I applied online. I interviewed at American Specialty Health (Carmel, IN) in Jul 2022
Interview
First interview with an ASH recruiter who was lovely, next interview with a hiring manager from eligibility. The most important thing was to explain how your skillset is transferrable to the job description. He was awesome. The interview was like an hour long and he asked about my past job experience and how I think my skills are transferrable.
