I was contacted by recruiter on linkedIn. They setup first video technical call with Hiring manager and one of the senior engineer in test. Then they pulled in me for next round interview with the team and Senior QA Manager. Next day recruiter called and informed that they don't want to extend me the offer. But very next day again, recruiter called and stated they are reconsidering my profile and if I would like to re engage. So they setup another call with VP of QA and 2 other team members. They asked me majority questions around my current role and some technical questions. Next day recruiter calls and informs they won't extend me the offer. Process seems to be ambiguous.

It went well with greetings!! I got a phone call form the recruiter went quickly through the role and salary expectations. Then, scheduled a video call in a week for interview. It is with Sr Manager and VP. Questions around the management and current role. Most of the questions are around the current role, technologies and tools used.
