After an initial phone screening with a recruiter, I met the hiring manager and two team members on Microsoft Team. I had a very good impression of the hiring manager. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He gave me a good insight into the company and the fast-growing design team. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer but the recruiter kindly called me and delivered the decision instead of just sending out a prewritten "no thank you" email. Not so many recruiters spent their time doing that so I appreciate that he respects the job candidates.
